Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy 

Due to the Covid-19, Fed EX has suspended its expedited shipping arrival guarantees. As a result, Key Standz cannot guarantee that expedited shipping options will arrive by their designated dates.

Please allow 7 business days for us to process your order. All orders processed will be considered next business day orders. For tracking information, please visit Fedex.com and enter your tracking number for updates.

Lost and Stolen 

Key Strandz, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We advise that you check the shipping information is correct before submitting your order. Any lost or stolen orders can be submitted to the carrier for investigation.

Damaged Products

Products are fragile and can be damaged during transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product is damaged, please contact support@keystrandzhaircare.com with proof for a replacement to be made.

 

Return Policy 

Please report any issues with your order within 10 days of delivery to ensure proper resolution. After 10 days, any issue reported may result in store credit.
